Abstract

In this paper, we have proposed that local optima exist for object motion calculation. While using the optimization method for object motion computation, we present a method to calculate the initial value necessary to overcome the local optima. The object motion was calculated for scenes photographed with a moving camera using the proposed method, and the result is presented using three-dimensional reconstruction.
